Registration for the SIAL 9 meeting covers the costs of conference venue, breakfasts, lunches, one dinner (conference banquet) and coffee breaks during the meeting, plus meeting supplies, and transportation and admissions costs related to the mid-meeting excursion. The early registration deadline has been extended to June 1, 2022. After this date payment will still be possible but at the late registration rate. After July 4, online registration will close and registration will only be possible on-site and with cash ($US) only. Note the abstract deadline has also been extended to June 8. After that date abstracts will no longer be accepted for publication in the program. Abstracts should not be submitted until registration and payment has been made.

We understand global health conditions could prevent the conference from taking place, or might take place virtually. Should either the conference not take place or become virtual, all registration fees will be refunded less 8% (administration fees).
